BACKGROUND
Darryl’s family has progressed business in Australia for 5 generations from blacksmithing to engineering, motor vehicle dealerships (first family company was Dalex Motors Pty. Ltd. formed in 1960 at Nowra NSW the business now sold still thrives today), Farming (beef cattle), Property, Fitness adviser and the past six years as a financial adviser and property sales.

With 6 years agricultural study, Darryl is passionate and skilled in Agribusiness and real estate training.

Darryl has provided the blue print for the Guardian Royal Financial Services Model and overviews all aspects of the business and client relationships on a daily basis.

Darryl acts as Head of Agribusiness

Andra acts as Head of the Guardian administration team.

Andra joined the Guardian group in 2008 as our Administration Manager & Client Administrator, she completed her Certificate III in Office Procedures with side accreditations in hospitality and travel at Lorraine Martin Business College in 1996.

Andra is very customer focused and has an extensive background in administration having previously worked for companies and organisations such as the Australian Medical Association, NSW Attorney General’s Department and Perpetual Trustees Ltd.

Mark acts as Head of Guardian IT and is responsible for information technologies and integration throughout the group of companies.

He has responsibilities for the creation, implementation, administration, and maintenance of the following:

• Web design.
• Database design.
• Creating programs in many different languages to service business logic through spreadsheets, database business rules and web integration and interface.
• Graphic design.
• Small Business Server (software and hardware).
• Network implementation.
• General business workstation computers.
• Providing helpdesk support (and remote maintenance/fault diagnostics) for the group of companies throughout Australia.
