No fee will be charged for an access request, but GRFS may charge you the reasonable costs of giving you any information you have requested.

Your Adviser may provide you with marketing material prepared by Guardian Royal Financial Services (GRFS). If you do not want to receive this material, please contact your Adviser.

Who else will have access to my personal information?

• On a confidential basis to industry bodies, our agents, contractors or third party service providers that provide financial, administrative or other services for the purposes of GRFS business or your investments

• Under your Adviser’s current agreement with GRFS, your Adviser will be permitted upon departure from GRFS, to disclose your personal details to another Licensee for the purpose of business continuation
• In the event that your Adviser proposes to sell their business, your personal information may be disclosed to a potential purchaser for the purpose of conducting their due diligence investigation. Any such disclosure will be made in confidence and it will be a condition that no personal information will be used or disclosed by them. In the event that your Adviser’s business is sold, your personal information may be transferred to the purchaser of the business. You will be advised of any such transfer.
